What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address and the business information you enter during onboarding — company name, industry, revenue range, team size. That's the account data.

The metrics you enter manually (revenue, customers, churn, etc.) are stored in your account. We don't look at them, sell them, or use them for anything except showing them back to you.

Web analytics

If you install our tracking script on your website, it collects page views, session duration, referrer information, and device type (desktop or mobile). Each visitor gets an anonymous session ID stored in their browser's sessionStorage — no cookies are used by the tracking script.

We don't collect IP addresses, don't fingerprint browsers, and don't share this data with anyone. The analytics are for you, in your dashboard, and nowhere else.

Cookies

Statixio uses two cookies:

  • A session cookie that keeps you logged in. It expires when you close your browser.
  • A localStorage entry that remembers your theme preference (light or dark mode).

We don't use advertising cookies, social tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics on Statixio itself.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in Google Cloud. Firebase is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. We don't store data on our own servers.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time from the Data page. You can delete individual metric entries or your entire account. If you want us to delete everything, email us and we'll do it within 48 hours.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The only third party involved is Firebase, which stores the data you enter.
