Terms of Service

The short version

Statixio is a free tool for tracking business metrics. Use it for your business. Don't try to break it, resell it, or use it to store illegal content. We'll do our best to keep it running and your data safe.

Using Statixio

You can use Statixio to enter, store, and view your business metrics and install our web analytics script on sites you own or control.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Statixio doesn't verify your numbers — it stores them and calculates KPIs based on what you provide.

Don't use Statixio to store sensitive personal data (health records, financial account numbers, etc.). It's a business metrics tool, not a data vault.

Your data

You own the data you enter. We store it in Firebase (Google Cloud) and display it back to you. We don't claim ownership of your metrics, your company info, or your analytics data.

You can export or delete your data at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

Availability

Statixio is provided as-is. We don't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll try to fix outages quickly and communicate if something's broken, but we can't promise the service will never go down.

Liability

Statixio is a free tool. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any losses resulting from using the service — including data loss, business decisions based on calculated KPIs, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
